Work in Core City. We are developing a creative, dedicated, and one-of-a-kind office, showroom, and production spaces.
Build in Core City. Build to suit opportunities for credible business operators.
Develop in Core City. We offer long term land leases to select business operators, and under certain circumstances would sell land to be developed.
Co-Develop in Core City. Partner UP; residential and commercial projects.
Collaborate. We can be compelled to collaborate outside of Core City.
